About Olabisi Olufunke
Yusuf Olabisi O. is one of the consultant at Pause Factory Resources Limited; which is the only West Africa partner to 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, America. She currently serves as Head of Learning and Development. She has 7 Years post NYSC experience in which she spent 4 years in HR profession with a lot of coaching practice.
In the course of her journey in the HR industry, Olabisi has help a lot of employee to gain clarity, improve performance with coaching methodology, she has also managed a lot of projects such as setting up Policies and procedures for organizations, setting up performance Management System, employee relation, and customer service and has successfully managed over 50 open and implant training for different organizations. Olabisi is also one of the team members that organized and coordinate the yearly renowned Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference.
