How it works

 

Step 1 - You either click on the menu button and click on "register" on the drop-down or click on "get started" on the banner slider. But if you already have an account with us just click on "login" on the menu drop-down.

 

Step 2 - Create a new account by filling all the required information and click register. A message would pop-up on your screen instructing you to check your mail.

Before proceeding, please check your email for a verification link. If the email is not in your inbox, check promotion, spam or search for 'Verify Email'. If you still don't find the email,, ."

 

Step 3 - Click on the link sent to your mail "Verify Email Address" it verifies you and take you back to the home page.

 

Step 4a - At this point as a client/coachee you can either proceed to selecting a coaching category to choose a coach of your choice to help solve the issue bordering you and you can as well see the details of the coach and rating.

 

Step 4b - On the other hand if you are on this platform as a coach/therapist who wants to help others while getting something in return you proceed by clicking on the Menu button and then click on "Become a coach" on the drop-down. 

 

Step 5 - As a client/coachee after choosing a coach you would have to fill some required pieces of information to book your choice coach. 

You would get an email indicating your booking was successful.

Please note: The available time and days of the coach is displayed in that page and also the coach schedules are all on his/her calendar on the same page.

 

Step 5b - As a coach/therapist, after clicking on "become a coach" a form you are to fill, would appear on a new page. Ensure you use a well squared picture with preferably white background. 

After you submit the form your application would either be accepted or rejected by the admin.

Once you application is accepted to become a coach your profile picture would immediately appear in the gallery of coaches as well as in each coaching category you selected to feature during your application.

 

Step 6 - As a client/coachee you would also get a reminder email an hour (1 hour) to the booked time with your coach and another reminder email 5 minutes to the time.

 

Step 6b - As a coach/therapist, once a client book you for a session you would get an email notification with the subject "New Booking!".

You would also get a reminder via email about 1 hour to the session and also 5 minutes to the session.

 

Step 7 - From your reminder email with the subject "Call is starting soon" you can join your coaching session with your coach or via your account/profile.

Please note: Ensure you have a zoom account because the session is virtual and in Zoom Network.

 

Step 7b - As a coach/therapist know that the session would be reviewed by your client which would appear in 1 to 5 stars rating for public view on the website beneath your profile picture.

Please ensure you remain professional and keep to schedule/time. Never keep your client waiting.

 

Step 8 - Immediately you click on 'Join' to meetup with your session with your coach you would get an email with the subject "Call Review" where you are expected to rate the session and the coach. This is very important to ensure you rate your coach sincerely. It is to make the platform work well for you and others. Thank you as you do that.

 

Step 8b - You can initiate the booked session through the remainder email you got. Please note, the minutes you can use at a stretch would be determined by the package you are in on your zoom account. 

 

You can always tell your client to reuse the join button in his/her mail likewise yourself.
