About Sophie Ejelue

Sophie Ejelue is an accomplished organization and people Manager with over 15 years’ track record of delivering top notch organizational effectiveness through people, process and technology. Her experience spans the Oil and Gas and Power industry.

Currently, Sophie is the Human Resources and Administrative Manager of a project-financed Power Company where she continues to deploy her competence in areas of People Management, Office Management, Stakeholder Management and General Management.

She is also the Managing Partner of Zura Global Consults Limited, where she runs a coaching program for women who want to break boundaries in their life.

Sophie is a second-class upper graduate of the prestigious University of Lagos with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; she also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. She is an alumni of Lagos Business School and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).

Sophie is an Emotional Intelligence Certified Professional and an Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach with Pause Factory in conjunction with Six Seconds.

Lebari Ukpong is a certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Facilitator, Educator and Life Coach, her friends and clients call her the ‘EQ Whisperer’.  

She is the Managing Director of Inside Edge Limited (IEL) which offers a comprehensive education consultancy to individuals, organizations and schools. Services include recruitment of teachers for schools, scholarship application and management, training and student placement in international education institutions from nursery/primary education to PhD programs.

6 Seconds Certified EQ Educator enables implementing the EQ educator framework across schools in a “train the trainer” program to scale up the ground-breaking Self-Science method for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). The course builds a classroom culture that supports more effective learning; better problem-solving skills, stronger interpersonal connections and emotional skills which are invaluable requirements for high performing students and classrooms.

6 Seconds Certified EQ Assessor, her coaching is strengthen with proven EQ tools which measure and develop the emotional intelligence skills that fuel individual and organizational transformation with the world’s leading emotional intelligence assessment, the SEI - a clear, actionable model for measuring and improving emotional intelligence.

Lebari studied Law and joined the British Deputy High Commission, Lagos for 10 years as the country expert in oil and gas, education and telecommunications. Her engagement with clients and stakeholders involved the review of business plans, project management and delivery, capacity development and market entry strategies for these sectors. After this, for 8 years she was the Country Director of London Metropolitan University (a UK university), Nigeria Office and was responsible for operations, marketing, recruitment and advising on curriculum development.
